what is algrt
ALGRT, born in 2024 in Montreal, Canada, is a movement that brings together DJs and artists passionate about Latin urban music. Its founders, StopNoxs and Jonathan Julio, with a 3-year history in the FLOWTIKO collective, decided to create a space to celebrate and share their culture through unforgettable events, visual content, music, and a united community.
Influenced by Latin genres such as reggaeton and Caribbean rhythms like shatta, dancehall, and afrobeat, ALGRT proposes a varied and daring sound that transmits the authentic Latin vibe and love for urban music.
As a group of friends united by musical passion, ALGRT seeks to create connections through the music they love. They strive to unite all Latinos in the world who share this love, fostering a space where diversity and the celebration of their roots are felt in every beat and every pulse.
Our Team
With members from Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, and Cuba, ALGRT is a fusion of cultures that come together under the Caribbean rhythm.
